How We Work & Bill Restoration / Build Guidelines
Exhibit B• You complete the New Customer Information Sheet and sign Guidelines.• Together we review your vehicle and fill out the Restoration / Build Questionnaire.• We use that information to create a ballpark WRITTEN ESTIMATE of your restoration.• If you accept and approve the estimate we proceed on a time and materials basis.• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.• You fill out, accept and sign our Restoration / Build Services Agreement or RSA. • We require ZERO deposit or down payment to get started. Your vehicle is your deposit.• We can arrange for pick up and transportation of your vehicle at our sole discretion.• All vehicles are photographed, documented, and insured by us as is, including parts.• All vehicles are disassembled and cleaned and/or media blasted as needed.• We only use highest quality parts, especially sheet metal. Replaced along factory lines.• We work and bill projects on a Time and Material basis, pay-as-you-go, weekly. We only charge $115 per labor hour plus parts, materials, supplies and sublet work on restoration projects.• Includes staff time for project/parts mgmt as needed, minimum half hour increments.• Parts, materials, supplies and sublet work are charged at our cost plus only 30%.• Large/Build projects require half down for parts. Large parts require pre-payment.• Invoices are due upon receipt. Checks preferred. Credit cards will lose 3% discount.• Projects more than two invoices behind will be placed on HOLD until paid in full to date.• Please pre-arrange shop visits. Excessive visits and/or lengths may result in charges.• Sublet (third-party) work will be done by select vendor of our choice as needed.• We don’t throw away old parts. They belong to you. We are not in the parts business.• Once complete, we review together. We can provide an appraisal for insurance.• Inactive – After 10 days notice storage fees of $75 inside / $25 outside per day apply.• PAYMENT IN FULL ON FINAL INVOICE IS DUE PRIOR TO VEHICLE RELEASE.• At our discretion we can arrange for vehicle delivery back to you at your expense.• Oklahoma Law allows us to hold, title, and sell vehicles to recover any unpaid invoices.• You hereby agree to allow us to use photos and/or videos for our marketing.• You will receive America’s ONLY FOREVER Restoration WARRANTY.• SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITH E-MAIL NOTICE.• We appreciate your business.
